وستساعد ميزة الأسواق المرتقبة في فيس بوك التجار على تسهيل الوصول إلى العملاء والزبائن، عبر وجود سوق داخل صفحتهم على فيس بوك، يمكن المستخدمين من شراء منتجاتهم مباشرةً، حيث ستتحول فيس بوك من مجرد وسيلة لتعريف المستخدمين بالمنتجات، إلى وسيلة لبيعها للعملاء كذلك..
وذكرت إيما رودرجرز مديرة تسويق المنتجات في فيس بوك لموقع BuzzFeed: “مع قسم الأسواق في الصفحات على فيس بوك، نحن نقدم الإمكانية لأصحاب الأعمال بعرض منتجاتهم مباشرةً على صفحتهم الخاصة بموقع فيس بوك”.
ولم تكشف مديرة تسويق المنتجات عن أي اسم من الأسماء التجارية التي تعمل معهم على الخدمة الجديدة، لكنها ذكرت أنها ما زالت في مراحل مبكرة، ولا توجد معلومات واضحة عن موعد إطلاق الخدمة رسمياً للمستخدمين، لكن كل ما هو معروف في الوقت الحالي أنها في طور التجربة.
وتأتي هذه التقارير بعد أن كشفت جوجل اليوم عن إمكانية الشراء مباشرةً من نتائج محرك بحثها، حيث سيظهر للمتسوقين تصنيف المنتجات التي يبحثون عنها ومدى توافرها في مكان قريب منهم، بجانب زر الشراء من داخل نتائج البحث مباشرةً، كما سيوفر المساعد الشخصي “جوجل ناو” معلومات بناءً على الموقع الجغرافي الخاص بالمستخدم، مثل العروض القريبة منه، وساعات عمل المتاجر القريبة.
