أكدت الأميرة ريما بنت بندر بن سلطان وكيل رئيس الهيئة العامة للرياضة للتخطيط و التطوير أهمية تعزيز ثقافة الرياضة المجتمعية ووسائل تطويرها والعوائد التي يمكن أن تحقق اقتصاديا من خلالها، إلى جانب الشأن الصحي والاجتماعي خاصة مع ارتباط الرياضة الوثيق بحياة الإنسان العملية و العلمية التي يقاس نجاحها بحجم الإنجاز الذي يتطلب حالة بدنية جيدة.
وقالت خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقد اليوم تحت عنوان “دور المرأة السعودية في رؤية 2030 ” بمشاركة الرئيس التنفيذي لمركز السيدة خديجة بنت خويلد لسيدات الأعمال الدكتورة بسمة بنت مصلح عمير بمقر المركز الإعلامي بفندق الماريوت، عن دور المرأة في تحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 ، وأهمية دور المرأة في المجال الرياضي لتطوير شؤون المرأة، و تحقيق برنامج التحول الوطني 2020.
ونوّهت الأميرة ريما بالإنجازات التي حققتها المرأة السعودية، مشيرة إلى أهمية إتاحة الفرص للمرأة و توظيفها من خلال توفير البيئة و الموارد المناسبة لتحفيزها و تطويرها.
وأضافت الأميرة ريما بنت بندر بن سلطان إلى أن الفرص المتاحة للمرأة في المملكة تشمل كل ما يختص بشؤون المرأة في مجالات التخطيط و الهندسة و التعليم و التسويق و الإعلان و دور المرأة في الرياضة و أن هناك حاجة إلى المزيد من الاستثمارات في البنية التحتية و توفير الفرص الاقتصادية للمرأة و تحديد العقبات التي تواجهها في قطاع العمل.
من جانبها تحدثت الدكتورة بسمة بنت مصلح عن دور المرأة في التنمية، مؤكدة أن المرأة السعودية أثبتت وبكل جدارة دورها في جميع المجالات التنموية. وأشارت إلى أن أهداف الرؤية ركزت على دعم المرأة السعودية كونها أحد العناصر المهمة لبناء الوطن، وتشكل 50% من إجمالي مخرجات التعليم الجامعي، لذلك ستقدم لها الرؤية الدعم عبر تنمية مواهبها واستثمار طاقاتها وتمكينها من الحصول على الفرص المناسبة في سوق العمل.
