لم تشهد جوازات منطقة الباحة أي مظاهر ازدحام من الوافدين المبادرين لدفع الرسوم المطلوبة لخروج وعودة المرافقين والمرافقات للعمالة الوافدة، وأوضح رقيب الإدارة المناوب في جوازات الباحة الرقيب أول فيصل علي الغامدي أن نظام «أبشر» خفف الازدحام على الإدارة كونه ينفذ العمليات المطلوبة في زمن قياسي، مؤكدا استمرار المناوبة على مدار الساعة بتوجيه ومتابعة مدير الإدارة اللواء عيد عياد المحمدي، مؤكدا أن دورهم في الغالب توضيحي أو مساند لما لا يمكن تفعيله عن طريق نظام «أبشر»، موضحا أن أعداد المراجعين لجوازات الباحة محدود ولا يكاد يصل إلى ثلاثة مراجعين يوميا منذ بدء تطبيق النظام الجديد، وأن فريق العمل المناوب في جوازات الباحة لا يتردد في خدمة أي مراجع بكل مرونة وتعاون وتزويد المراجع بما يحتاج من معلومات وأرقام تسهل له التعامل مع النظام الإلكتروني.
