كما توقعت العيئة، أن تكون الفرصة مهيأة لهطول أمطار رعدية مصحوبة برياح نشطة على مرتفعات عسير، والباحة، وجازان، ومكة المكرمة، تمتد شمالاً لتشمل مرتفعات منطقة المدينة المنورة.
وأورد التقرير، أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة 15-40 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من متر إلى مترين، وحالة البحر متوسط الموج، بينما تكون على الخليج العربي جنوبية إلى جنوبية شرقية بسرعة 10-30 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج.
