استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الدكتور حسام بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز أمير منطقة الباحة ، بمكتب سموه بديوان الإمارة اليوم، الجندي أول أحمد بن علي الزهراني ، الذي أصيب في الحد الجنوبي خلال تأدية عمله للدفاع عن دينه ووطنه.
ونوه سمو أمير منطقة الباحة بما يسطره جنودنا البواسل من أعمال بطولية في ميدان العز والكرامة على الحد الجنوبي للدفاع عن دينهم ووطنهم، مؤكداً أن القيادة الرشيدة – أيدها الله – والشعب السعودي يثمنون وبكل إجلال هذه البطولات والتضحيات التي تعد مصدر فخر واعتزاز ووسام شرف في سبيل رفعة الوطن وأهله .
وبين سمو أمير الباحة أن ما تعرض له الجندي الزهراني من إصابة تعد مصدر فخر واعتزاز كونها جاءت وهو في ميدان العزة والشرف، سائلاً الله العلي القدير أن ينصر جنودنا البواسل وأن يشفي المصابين وأن يرحم من استشهد منهم، وأن يديم على هذا البلاد أمنها واستقرارها وأن يحفظها من كل مكروه.
فيما أعرب الجندي الزهراني، عن شكره وامتنانه للقيادة الرشيدة – أعزها الله – على ما توليه من اهتمام ورعاية لكافة منسوبي القوات العسكرية، ولسمو أمير منطقة الباحة على استقباله غير المستغرب من سموه الكريم معه ومع من سبقه من زملاءه الأبطال وما استمع إليه من سموه من كلمات تعكس مدى حرص واهتمام ولاة الأمر – حفظهم الله – بأبناء الوطن، مؤكداً حرصه عَلَى العودة مع زملائه بعد شفائه للدفاع عن دينه ووطنه ومليكه .
